    Sirada

    Founder and Chief Executive Officer

    Sirada is a motivated cultural heritage professional and licensed landscape architect. After earning her Erasmus Mundus Joint master’s degree in Dynamic of Cultural Landscape and Heritage Management, Sirada has collaborated with UNESCO and co-founded a consultancy promoting cultural heritage preservation across Southeast Asia. She later founded The Roots Routes, an online platform for sustainable tourism and cultural heritage preservation. Now, she consults on various historic-cultural landscape projects in Thailand, driven by her belief in the transformative power of cultural preservation and place-making design.

    Stefan

    Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer

    Stefan caught the travel bug at 17 during a high school exchange in Thailand. With his degree in International Tourism Management, Stefan has worked in the travel industry across Southeast Asia. He was a General Manager at a well-known DMC in Laos and later pursued a Masters in Modern South and Southeast Asian Studies at Humboldt University Berlin and Chulalongkorn University. His goal is to transform travel experiences in an innovative, sustainable, and impactful manner.

    Natnicha

    Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer

    Natnicha is a professional UX/UI designer who takes a design thinking approach thanks to her architectural background. She has gained international experience in this field during her master’s degree in the UK and believes that precious experiences can motivate positive changes in our world.

    Lyssah

    Cultural Heritage Partnership Director

    Lyssah specializes in intangible cultural heritage, indigenous communities, and sustainable development. She holds a Joint Master’s Degree in Dynamics of Cultural Landscapes and Heritage Management, granted by an Erasmus Mundus scholarship. With her past collaboration with UNESCO and NCCA, she later co-founded Sraya Kultura in 2017 and is currently a lecturer at De La Salle University and St Scholastica's College in the Philippines.

    Mu

    Cultural Experience Development Manager

    Our cultural experience development leader, Mu, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his foundation in archaeology from Silpakorn University and a background as an archaeologist at the Fine Arts Department. For 16 years, his passion for travel and exploration led him to continue working as a dedicated guide, curating unforgettable local tours, and eagerly shares his views with travelers.

    A Management of Cultural Heritage and Creative Industries graduate with a passion for cultural tourism. Driven by the belief that tourism can empower local communities, she aspires to create travel experiences where travelers connect with Thai culture on a deeper level, while supporting the local economy and preserving traditions for future generations.
