The Roots Routes was honored to once again represent Thailand at the China-ASEAN Dialogue on Cultural Heritage, held in the historic city of Tianshui, located in Gansu Province. Organized by the China Center for International Communication Development and local provincial partners, this event continued its mission of promoting collaboration between China and ASEAN nations through the preservation and revitalization of shared cultural legacies.

Reimagining Mae Sue — the protector of newborns — as a handcrafted wooden rocking toy. Made by local artisans and filled with cultural meaning, these toys are now bringing joy to children in need. Join us in celebrating tradition through design, storytelling, and giving back.

Bangkok Design Week 2025 has concluded with “Finding Roots on 2 Wheels” and a “Self-Guided Audio Tour on Pedals,” two bike tour programs aimed at encouraging sustainable transportation, deeper travel, and meaningful connections with the local community! It has been three years since we joined Bangkok Design Week as part of the driving force behind Thailand’s creative economy!

We joined DASTA Thailand’s community tourism events in Chonburi and Songkhla, exploring local cultures, sustainable tourism initiatives, and the resilience of these vibrant communities.
